Kristy Strait is a decorator and curator based out of Wellington, Florida. After receiving her degree from the University of Georgia in Fine Arts and Textile Design, she pursued a creative career in graphic design and art direction for hospitality and town building projects. She was later brought on as a home stager for challenging listings alongside her mom, a founding member of Sotheby’s Atlanta Fine Homes. Her innate sense for Feng Sui, color, and composition pointed to a future in decorating and re-ignited her forever passion for pulling together a room and creating a sense of Home. Spending 6 years as a fashion buyer, visual merchandiser, and creative director for a retail concept catered to the equestrian community, she continued to hone her eye for taste making. Kristy believes in Timeless Design achieved through authenticity, a mix of old and new, and tuning and tailoring each detail to the client’s personality. When unveiled, the space should evoke a sense of palpable magic and everlasting warmth.
